There is much to say about the Montessori approach to education! But without
a doubt the best introduction to Montessori is a visit to the classroom. We
are proud of our classroom environments and we would love for you to see them.
Watching the children at “work”, talking to the teachers and perhaps
a conversation with a school parent will give you a wonderful introduction
to Montessori and to our school.
There is much to see: a room of toddlers attending to their “work”,
preschoolers helping one another learn about numbers, letters and all sorts
of things, elementary students giving speeches, tending to our beehives and
gardens, doing research on the Internet.
The activities in these classrooms are endless and are designed to engage
the child and encourage their curiosity.
